“Le Bouchon Anglais” was created on the 14th November 2017 by me, Felicity Demont.
An English woman with a passion for everything that is French, the French culture, pastries, food and especially their wine.

I started up Le Bouchon Anglais in Versailles after having passed level 3 of the famous WSET* training.
Since then, I have had the pleasure of sharing my passion by providing wine tasting experiences, giving advice on buying wine and accompanying wine bars and winemakers with their translations.
